Deine Aufgaben

Du identifizierst und gewinnst eigenständig potenzielle Kunden und Partner aus verschiedenen Branchen und Fachbereichen – von der ersten Recherche bis zur erfolgreichen Kontaktaufnahme.
Du begleitest den gesamten Sales-Zyklus: mit Fokus auf Erstansprache (Telefon, E-Mail, LinkedIn) über die Bedarfsanalyse und Qualifizierung bis hin zur Angebotserstellung, Verhandlung und dem Abschluss.
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Leads und entwickelst diese durch einen strukturierten und beratungsorientierten Vertriebsprozess kontinuierlich weiter.
Du bist in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team für die Koordination, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenterminen (remote und vor Ort) verantwortlich.
Du analysierst Märkte, Zielgruppen und Wettbewerber, um neue Potenziale zu identifizieren und fundierte Vertriebsstrategien zu entwickeln.
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing- und Sales-Team zusammen – z. B. bei der Erstellung von Vertriebs-Content (Website, Newsletter, Case Studies) oder bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen.
Du nutzt moderne Tools wie Hubspot zur strukturierten Leadbearbeitung und hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Einsatz von KI-gestützten Tools im Vertriebsalltag gesammelt.

Das suchen wir

Du bist: positiv, von Natur aus neugierig und lernaffin, zielorientiert, kommunikationsstark und kannst gut mit Menschen umgehen
Du schätzt den persönlichen Kontakt sowohl im Team als auch mit Kunden und scheust nicht vor Kaltakquise zurück
Erste Vertriebserfahrungen im Vertrieb (z.B. als SDR, Junior AE) oder in einem kundenorientierten Beruf (z.B. alle Vertriebsbereiche, Marketing, Gastronomie/Hotellerie)
Tools: Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Suite (Word / Excel / PPT)
Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (Muttersprache), Englisch (fließend)

Your responsibilities

Continuous outreach to leads from the company CRM using telephone, E-mail and social media (LinkedIn)
Lead qualification after initial contact for both outbound and inbound leads
Schedule qualified calls / meetings with prospects for Senior Sales colleagues
Closely sync with Sales and Marketing team and hand over leads to Senior Sales colleagues after initial lead qualification has been achieved

What we are looking for

2 years working experience in a customer facing profession (e.g. all sales areas, marketing, gastronomy / hospitality etc.)
Bonus: prior experience working as SDR / BDR
You are: positive, curious to learn and grow, willing to work hard, good with people, great at communication
Tools: good level working with MS office suite (Word / Excel / PPT), prior experience working with Salesforce is bonus
Language skills: German (native), English (fluent)
