The www.pospulse.com website (“Website”) is operated by POSpulse. POSpulse is the responsible office for personal data of Website users (“You”).

For example email addresses can be disclosed to a service provider such as HubSpot (see also Section 4.3) so that HubSpot can deliver the POSpulse newsletter.
